This is a typical type of dryer used for small laundry items, indoors usually. When the weather did not allow drying items outside on the line, or simply for drying towels every day, or lingerie for example, this is what was used. The branches (8 in all) collapse, so the dryer takes no space against a wall (the branches just hang down from the center part). They can just be lifted up and placed in the small slots when it's time to use the dryer. Bigger than I expectedAug 02, 2008
I was looking for a way to dry my green bags (for storing veggies)and my food saver bags. All of the bag dryers I saw were not long enough for the large bags. Even tho measurements were given, I was impressed at the length. We mounted it at a slight angle on our kitchen wall high enough so that the arms are over our heads when extended. It works perfectly and looks very nice.
By the way, it arrived in record time.
