Arrived faulty with painted over exposed screw.Apr 05, 2009

This is the second time I have ordered and dissatisfied with this mechant. This soap dish was intended to be hung on wall. Not possible due to the screw misplacement. The screw was set off the iron and in no way can be used to hang. It will have to be set down on something. The craftmanship is awful, either that or they are selling the ones with craftmandship errors. No third time for me. The flaw was so blatant I have hard time believing it just missed inspection before shipping. A consciencous merchant would have inspected before fullfilling the order.
