Forget the cheaply made snips sold at the big name candle stores. This one is practically perfect. The bottom guide automatically cuts your wick at the recommended 1/4" length. The half-moon blade catches the snipped wick allowing you to extract it without falling into the hot wax. Long handle reaches deep (I can snip the bottom of a nearly empty Yankee Candle large jar with ease). Makes a great gift for any candle freaks in your life.
